Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website or in one of our products, please report it to hello@litesoc.app. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue — the affected URL or component, the steps you took, and what you observed.

What to expect

We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed while we investigate. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before disclosing it publicly.

Please avoid

• Accessing, modifying or deleting data that does not belong to you.
• Testing that degrades service availability for others.
• Social engineering, phishing or physical attacks against our staff or users.
